APLAYZ (CEO Jeongjin Bae), an AI-driven spatial content startup, announced the beta launch of its new 'O2O (Online-to-Offline) Marketing Service' on February 2nd. This new feature integrates real-time connectivity between physical stores and online users into its existing AI-based spatial music curation platform.
The O2O marketing service is a solution designed to drive foot traffic from nearby potential customers and link them to payments, using the music being played in-store as a medium. When the APLAYZ AI engine broadcasts music tailored to the store's weather and current situation, users can check the store's information and available benefits in real-time through ‘RaiDIO’, a personalized music service.
To celebrate the beta launch, APLAYZ is running a promotion offering free advertising for both new and existing clients. This initiative aims to provide a pathway for small business owners, who may find advertising costs burdensome, to attract new customers using an AI-powered marketing engine.
The company also enhanced its core service, 'AI Spatial Music Curation.' The system now analyzes store environment data—including industry type, interior design, and weather—combined with visitor preference data to support a soundscape that aligns with the brand’s identity. This allows store owners to utilize an automated music selection system while simultaneously securing a new marketing channel through music.
“Music content is both a fundamental element of a space's environment and a medium that triggers customer response,” said Jeongjin Bae, CEO of APLAYZ. “With the launch of this O2O service, we plan to support offline stores in utilizing music as a strategic marketing tool to increase sales.”
Meanwhile, APLAYZ is a spin-off from Hyundai Motor Group’s in-house startup program and holds advanced AI curation technology. The company is currently expanding its business from offline spaces like F&B stores into personalized music services for vehicles. Further details regarding this beta service can be found on the official website and mobile app stores.
