GS E&C Introduces ‘Xi Soundscape,’ an AI-Powered Personalized Music System

GS Engineering & Construction announced on the 28th that it is introducing “Xi Soundscape,” a music service that plays AI-curated soundtracks tailored to the time and spatial characteristics of Xi apartment complexes.

The service is designed to provide an elevated auditory experience by delivering optimized music for each area of the complex, based on key movement paths, daily living patterns, and the intended function and atmosphere of each space.

GS E&C explained that it developed the system in collaboration with APLAYZ, an AI-powered spatial music company, incorporating an AI auto-curation engine that reflects real-time data such as time of day, weather, and environmental conditions.

Major theme tracks from Xi Soundscape will be released on GS E&C’s official YouTube channel, Xi TV, at a later date.

The company added that Xi Soundscape was piloted in August at “Xi Lounge,” a dedicated relaxation area for headquarters employees, and will be officially deployed this month across major residential complexes including Maple Xi and Cheolsan Xi The Heritage.
